Everything was comfortable and organized. The staff and driver were very kind, helpful, and accommodating, making our trip smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism really stood out. Overall, it was the best travel experience for me and my family. We’re very happy and satisfied from start to finish. The bus ran relatively on time, with a shuttle service at the Phuong Trang company office as per the booked ticket, transferring passengers to the specific address in Da Lat. The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. It's definitely worth choosing Phuong Trang's service and booking through the Vexere app.

The garage service is very good, new cars, clean rooms and blankets, there are transfers at both ends of Gia Lai and Saigon, convenient for passengers to travel, staff attitude is very enthusiastic and cute. At first, I was a bit hesitant to book a test drive because the reviews on Google for service were not good, but after experiencing it, I give the bus company 10 points! I have introduced acquaintances who often travel SG-GL to Hoang Thuy garage. I hope the garage will grow and improve its services! This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.
