It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. Chất lượng dịch vụ trong xe cũng có nhỉnh hơn các hãng khác về thái độ bác tài & xe tương đối ok so với hãng khác Nếu cần tốt hơn thì hãng nên lót tấm nệm mỏng (mình đã từng trải nghiệm) để khi bẩn thì giặt ,chứ nằm trực tiếp trên ghế da thì rất mau hôi và ko vệ sinh được, mình nằm cứ cảm giác nằm chung mồ hôi với người lạ nên mình cứ phải mang cái mền mỏng để lót nằm. I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus.
