It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Took a 4-hour ride in a van today from Nha Trang to Buon Ma Thuot. The driver was friendly and extremely informative about the local culture and attractions along the way. Our previous experience with many bus trips in various areas throughout Vietnam have always been pretty scary as the drivers do whatever is necessary to get around slow traffic. This driver was by far the safest we've seen. We highly recommend using Thai Son's transportation services.

I often ride Mai Linh. I like the politeness the most. Both driver and passenger speak softly. Good vehicle quality. 5 stars deserved. I have been riding Mai Linh for 2 years now and have no complaints.
