Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

So this trip from Ninh Binh to Ha Long was a very pleasant surprise. The driver was calm, drove safely, didn't speed, and avoided unnecessary honking. The ride felt smooth and controlled the entire way. What impressed me even more was the service: the driver picked up my family directly from our hotel and kindly offered to drop us off at our hotel in Ha Long, saving us extra time and hassle.
