Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Drivers were driving safely, picked us up on time, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope the return trip will be the same.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

The bus is clean, the service is good, the driver is enthusiastic, there is mineral water and wet towels, massage chairs to serve customers. The bus moves quickly, the driver is safe and does not weave. The shuttle bus is friendly and enthusiastic. The bus picks up and drops off on time. The best bus company I have ever traveled on.

When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

He was really helpful regardless of our trip ! We were a bit late because of another bus and he waited for us ! He is very friendly
