I went with a small child from check in to boarding the bus. The staff was very enthusiastic and friendly.

First time going to Nghe An by bus. 10 points without any problems. New, clean bus, fast on the highway, few stops, bus conductor and driver were very cheerful and enthusiastic. Decided to book the return trip without looking for another bus company.

The bus conductor was enthusiastic and easygoing; I'll definitely take this bus again next time.
