Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The car was old but everything was still working well. Newer models would have in-car charging or massage functions, which would be more convenient for passengers. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Trung (or Chung), the driver of my 4 PM trip on April 19th, 2026, for his enthusiastic help in retrieving my phone and wallet that I had left behind at the Cao Thang office, as well as the staff from both the Saigon and Can Tho offices. Their help was genuine and heartfelt, not superficial. When I received my belongings back at 11 PM, they were in a box, carefully wrapped, shockproof, and properly labeled. I am very grateful for this.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

The trip was very safe, although there was some difficulty with weather conditions due to the impact of a storm in the Central region. But the bus still runs on the right route and on time. We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.
