I was assigned my favorite seat and was able to change my points quickly. The customer support was enthusiastic and cheerful. - The driver played music while driving, making me nostalgic for Saigon in the 2000s. - The bus stop was clean and beautiful. I got to see the sea elephants. - The shuttle bus was on time. The bus was spacious, comfortable, and cool. - The waiting room at the bus station was spacious, airy, clean, with drinking water, charging sockets, and a restroom. - I liked the bus station's working style: fast, neat, concise, complete, and methodical. It suits my backpacking style.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. The car is very ok. I ordered a pick-up in person in District 1. However, if you want to pick up at your door, you must arrange to leave 1-1:30 minutes earlier than the appointment time on the app

The drivers were cheerful and friendly. My mother accidentally spilled a glass of water on the bus but the drivers gently reminded her. You know, older people are not as quick as us. I apologized on behalf of my mother and thanked the Hiep Thanh bus drivers very much.

The journey ran very well. The driver and the steward were very accommodating, helping us get to our correct destination. A minivan at the end dropped us to our hotel door. Great 👍🏻

We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.

The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.
