First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

Overall, it was the best travel experience for me and my family. We’re very happy and satisfied from start to finish. The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I've been a passenger in many bus companies that are private, but please follow the way Phuong Trang Busline operates, from the switchboard to the rules... Even if the ticket is more expensive, it's still acceptable..

The bed is wide and comfortable, the pillows and blankets are very clean and fragrant, you can sit in the right place as booked, good service attitude.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary.
