Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Tu Tien provided a very good, safe and comfortable service. The information given about where the bus was and the calls from the staff on the bus before pick up proved to be invaluable. The bus was very clean, the bed comfortable with lighting options and a very well located USB connection. The staff were very polite and the bus arrived at the destination ahead of schedule.
