I took the Be Ha bus for the first time, going to Phu Yen and back to BMT within 5 days. I found the Call Center and Reception Office staff enthusiastic and friendly. The drivers and service were very good and attentive. The good point is that there is a shuttle bus in Tuy Hoa City. The shuttle driver was very funny and enthusiastic in helping customers put their luggage on the bus as well as picking them up on time. I hope the bus company will serve better and have more customers.

I have taken Quoc Dat bus several times before but was very surprised because the day I went was a holiday but the quality of the trip was very good, on time, correct seat, clean, had wifi, the driver and the bus conductor were very pleasant to talk to. The driver is friendly, the car is new, and he drives safely. However, Koreans are impatient, so you might think they drive a little slowlyㅋㅋ The fastest I've driven was about 70-80 km/hㅎㅎ Thanks to this, it's safeㅎㅎ If you install WhatsApp, you can communicate in English on the departure date, so keep that in mind. The massage chair options include bottled water and wet tissues. Overall, I was very satisfied, so I think I'll use it again next time!! (+ The air conditioning isn't very coolㅎ...
