It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The bus arrived right on time, exactly as scheduled and communicated to us in advance. It was a new, very comfortable bus—it even featured wireless phone charging. The driver was delightful and polite; he drove very carefully, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout the journey. There were two stops along the way: a five-minute restroom break and a 20-minute stop at a decent café. The entire trip, including stops, took about three and a half hours. We are very pleased and will certainly book with this operator again in the future.
