First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. The bed is wide and comfortable, the pillows and blankets are very clean and fragrant, you can sit in the right place as booked, good service attitude.
