It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The interior was spacious and air-conditioned. Service attitude: The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and provided attentive support to passengers from the moment they boarded until they disembarked. Punctuality: The bus departed and arrived relatively on time, without any delays. Ticket price: Reasonable for the quality of service, suitable even for long journeys. A great experience with a new bus company that you should refer to: + The staff and driver called to confirm 2-3 times, so you can rest assured + The driver picked me up on time, I waited for only 10 minutes and the bus picked me up, not 30 minutes or 1 hour before calling + The bus is new, classy, fragrant and especially I really like the blankets and pillows on the bus. Normally, leather pillows make my neck hurt when lying down, but here, the bus company changed all the pillows to extremely soft feather pillows. + The bed is extremely wide, there is a hook to hang slippers on top so my feet don't get tangled like other buses I've been on + The driver and bus assistant enthusiastically supported me with pick-up and drop-off questions, very enthusiastic and gentle + There are also water, cold towels on the bus. When arriving at the station, the driver thoughtfully prepared more cold towels at the stop. 10 points for the sophistication of the bus company.
