The first time I rode the bus, I sat comfortably and pleasantly, and even got a massage. The consultant was very gentle. I sat on the bus and fell asleep immediately. I fell asleep and forgot where to go home. Luckily, the driver reminded me of that part, then I woke up. The driver was friendly and easy to talk to. In general, since going to the Netherlands in year 3, I think the Netherlands is still the top 1 in my heart. 100 points. I hope the company always brings the best experience to customers.

Fun and friendly driving; clean car; There is a shuttle bus in Thai Nguyen City

I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

Bus quite nice, but didnt have pillow, didnt get assigned seats, and was more than 1 hour late, but that didbt matter because of good driving, nice staff, and quiet atmosphere to sleep! Overall happy as i was able to sleep well!
