Xe chạy đúng giờ . Tiếp nhận hành lý an toàn và chu đáo. Lái xe thân thiện và cẩn thận. Ghế Limusin có cả massage nhẹ nhàng và đỡ mỏi mệt. Giá ngồi Limusin bằng giá giường nằm thì có vẻ chưa hợp lý; tuy nhiên có thể chấp nhận được do biến đổi không mong muốn của giá dầu diesel quá nhanh và đột ngột nên DN vận tải cũng lúng túng. Rất mong Đức Phát tiếp tục phát triển trên tinh thần phát huy những mặt mạnh , a/c em lao động cùng đồng lòng vượt qua khó khăn trong giai đoạn này . Chúc các bạn thành công !

Although the departure was later than the number on the express (8:40 am departure but the bus only left at 9:30 am), the driver drove smoothly and arrived at the desired destination, there was a free shuttle service to the hotel. Very good, the Limousine was also clean and new.

The bus company's service process is very good, with very few areas needing improvement. However, it would be better if the company changed its tissue paper supplier, as the tissues have a slightly strange smell. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.

I have never seen a bus company as cute as this one. The driver, operator, staff,... are all lovely. I will definitely use this bus again.
