⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience with Binh Hoai bus! I had a very comfortable and satisfying trip. The bus was on time, clean and smooth. The driver was friendly, drove carefully, the support staff was enthusiastic and thoughtful. I was especially impressed with the professional service attitude and dedication of the bus company. I will definitely continue to support Binh Hoai on future trips. Very trustworthy and worth choosing!

On the way back, I met the right car, driver and assistant on the way. Coincidentally, I was at the right location when leaving. Pick up and drop off at the door. Excellent service. Everyone should choose this bus company, brand new cars. Cheaper than other bus companies.

Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

It’s clean and just like new one. Travelled from Hue to Hanoi with VIP cabin. The price is totally reasonable! It’s very comfortable and you can totally lay down to sleep. I think they are better than other companies. The company also offered the free shuttle bus service from the hotel to the bus station!!!! The only thing is that the communication for the shuttle bus service can be more effective. E.g. From the app it said pick up should be around 6, then updated pick up info (pick up at 730) from company via email at 720. At last, the shuttle came at 8. It’s a little scary and worry for those who had no experience with it. *May be it’s better to go to there company’s bus station to manage all the booking! The staffs are always helpful too!!!

Drivers, please do not use the word “MOTHER” in your sentences! Sometimes the speaker just says it out of habit, but in fact, adding that word in the sentence makes people like us women feel offended. Because the Bus Company asked for a review, we gave a good review, and would like to propose our wish to make the Bus Company CIVILIZED, POLITE, AND HAPPY for everyone. Thank you for everything! The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.
