The garage has a very good and professional service attitude. I was quite surprised because the pillows and blankets were all wrapped in clean plastic before guests got on the bus. Will continue to support this company if given the opportunity

They go the extra mile. They picked me up at the airport in Sapa, and when I told them I was going to a hotel close to the airport, they dropped me off close to it. :) I was expecting to be dropped off at the airport, and walk from there, so it was a nice surprise. There is wifi in the bus, USB chargers. They make 2 toilet stops on the way.
