I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Before ordering, I saw that the reviews weren't very good, so I was a bit hesitant. But the driver of my car was driving very well and enthusiastically, driving at a moderate speed, not speeding and overtaking recklessly. Arrive at BL on time. The seat is also wide enough for me. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

I am very satisfied with this trip, good service, the car also called 30 minutes in advance to notify that the car was almost there. On time too. I see everyone's reviews are too bad, but it was my first time going and everything was okay and the guys were happy, but the car facilities are old, so they should be refurbished.
