The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. I was seated in my reserved seat, so I felt comfortable and happy. The driver proactively chatted with friends on the phone to keep his spirits up while driving, and he didn't talk too loudly, so I found it normal. He stopped to concentrate on sections requiring focus, like mountain roads. The driver also proactively arranged a Grab ride for me to pick me up, and I paid the fare myself. I'm not sure if there was any assistance, but the fee was a few tens of thousands of dong, so I didn't bother asking. The car was quite clean, comfortable, and didn't have a strong odor.
