quý công ty nên: 1) kiểm tra và dán tem hành lý cho khách theo màu của từng chuyến tránh mất mát và nhầm chuyến khi tập kết hàng lên xe. vì mình có 2 chuyến sài gòn và cần thơ đợi chung 1 khung giờ, 1 địa điểm. vì là khách thân thiết của quý công ty nên rất hài lòng và tin tưởng. tuy nhiên rất mong muốn đội ngũ nhân viên anh chị em nhà xe cùng nhau cải thiện ngày một phát triển. 2) đồng nhất về cách giao tiếp và CSKH nhẹ nhàng, chu đáo nữa thì chắc chắn quy công ty là nhà xe được yêu thích và lựa chọn số 1 quy nhơn. rất cảm ơn quý anh chị em cty cũng như chị Thảo đã lắng nghe và tiếp nhận. The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

We are very happy with out 8.5 hour journey yesterday. The bus driver was extremely good . Our seats were comfortable and clean with water and hand wipe provided. Fantastic food stop . Good amount of toilet breaks. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to allow foreign payment cards when booking on the app.

Mình tình cờ biết đến xe này tai ben xe phia nam sau khi từ chối đi xe quen vì không giữ đúng ghế mình đã đặt từ 3 ngày trước(mình say xe với có bé nên cần ghế trước, dưới). Thật ấn tượng vù nhân viên tư vấn, gửi thông tin zalo rõ ràng, chuyên nghiệp. Đi đúng giờ, xe mới toanh, sạch sẽ thơm tho, buồng rộng, đẹp, ghế có chế độ matxa bên cạnh các chức năng thông thường như nâng, hạ xuống phần đầu, chân, ổ sạc pin, ... thích view ngắm cảnh cực chill, các anh tài và lơ cũng cực dễ thương, tâm lý. 10 điểm không nhưng. Mình sẽ lưu lại để giới thiệu người nhà, bạn bè đi xe này. ưng hết sức. Giờ thấy may mắn vì cảm ơn xe kia để mình bít đến xe này

I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

I frequently travel by car. I've previously used the Quang Ngai - Bao Loc route with Xuan Hai bus company, and now I use the Ho Chi Minh City - Quang Ngai route and vice versa. I've traveled with many bus companies, but today I found the ride very smooth. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows, perfect for long journeys, and I slept very well. The pick-up and drop-off times were exactly as shown on the app. I hope the bus company maintains this quality.
