When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.
