Everything was good, when crossing the bridge, the driver slowed down to avoid shocks. I took the CT-SG route but due to traffic jam, it took me 4 and a half hours. I saw on the app that it only takes 3 hours and 15 minutes to run, so I don't know if it would run on time if it wasn't stuck. If I have a chance, I will try going again

Going on holiday, the bus was 1 hour late for departure due to not being able to turn around in time. The bus company has notice and door-to-door delivery, so you can understand. The car is old (still fine) but has blankets (other car companies don't have them). Transfer ok, staff attitude is good (unlike HC bus station). Note that the seat position can change but it is usually a better position so I think it's ok.
