After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

I don't know how to express my emotions when receiving such dedicated care. Before the bus left, a cute operator called to inform her that the driver would call to pick her up 30 minutes before departure time. At this point, a driver with a soft, polite voice asked: Where are you? I'll come pick you up. Even though the road was a bit crowded, the driver still tried very hard to catch the flight of another passenger in the car, but the car drove very smoothly, without any shock. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I hqve traveled with other agencies before and always had problems with being seated in other seats from the one I have paid for and some drivers were ecen rude. But with this company it was a great experience. Sending me info beforehand, so I was aware of when the driver will arrive, picked me up at my address and I've been seated in the seat I have chosen. Without too much hassle. Also a friendly driver, very efficient and a fast ride to my destination. From now on I will only book with this company. I use the limo a lot to go back and forth between Ho Chi Minh city and Vung Tau Ward. Great experience, 👍🏽
