After booking the ticket, the bus company called to confirm the ticket for me 1 day later, and 1 hour before departure, the bus company called to confirm again and provided the driver's phone number and the car number. Good service, clean car and the driver drove very smoothly.

I don't know how to express my emotions when receiving such dedicated care. Before the bus left, a cute operator called to inform her that the driver would call to pick her up 30 minutes before departure time. At this point, a driver with a soft, polite voice asked: Where are you? I'll come pick you up. Even though the road was a bit crowded, the driver still tried very hard to catch the flight of another passenger in the car, but the car drove very smoothly, without any shock. I noticed that every time I called a passenger, the driver always welcomed the passenger in a soft voice, unlike other cars I've been on. I really like it. Will definitely go again next time

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The driver was cheerful, enthusiastic, and provided excellent customer support. The ride was safe and smooth; I didn't get motion sickness and didn't notice any unpleasant odors in the car. A perfect 10 is possible, but 😀😀😀. I will definitely book again if I have the chance. Very satisfied with the service 😉
