The ride was enjoyable. The driver was kind and drove safely. We left an hour later than scheduled. He first messaged to say he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then he was an additional 30 minutes late.

I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. The driver for this trip was very nice!

I waited at the pick-up point indicated in the email, but it was a different location. The operator went out of his way to pick me up on foot. I was really touched by this action and they remained very friendly afterwards. I think this is a very reliable bus operator.

The car goes very smoothly, the driver is enthusiastic. The car runs fast.
