Excellent communication between the driver and our landlady so we were picked up at the Petro right next to Ben Tre coach. Smooth ride and really nice guy to talk to via Google translate next to us. Pricing a bit confusing for us as they changes between days but that might be because we’re foreigners.

We missed our bus due to a change of pick up point (they let us know by email but I saw it too late). As we couldn’t reach the adress in time they arranged for us to take the next bus and we managed to get to our destination smoothly thanks to their fast reaction/reply. Good experience despite the change of plan, I will travel with Vexere again.
