Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Drivers were driving safely, picked us up on time, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope the return trip will be the same.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I noticed that when he dropped off passengers, he always got out of the car and opened the car door for the passengers (small). details but demonstrates very good service attitude). My mother really likes this driver because he shares with her very impressive life perspectives. I didn't ask for his name, I just knew he was in Ninh Binh. Good service attitude, comfortable seats

I waited at the pick-up point indicated in the email, but it was a different location. The operator went out of his way to pick me up on foot. I was really touched by this action and they remained very friendly afterwards. I think this is a very reliable bus operator.
