Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Drivers were driving safely, picked us up on time, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope the return trip will be the same.

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I waited at the pick-up point indicated in the email, but it was a different location. The operator went out of his way to pick me up on foot. I was really touched by this action and they remained very friendly afterwards. I think this is a very reliable bus operator.

Good service attitude, car runs on time

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage.
