We were very pleased with our trip from Ha Giang to Cao Bang, and were triggered to write a review by some of the negative reviews we read about this bus. We got picked up from our hotel on time. Bus is very clean and the driver was really nice. After he picked up others from the office and we received water bottles, we drove off to Cao Bang. Driver drove very safely, but quickly, which we liked. However, the trip took 2 hours longer than expected. Although the route is very beautiful. We were dropped of at our accomodation. Would recommend this company very much.

I did not take the bus with them because I missed it due to another bus company (I was changing bus). However they tried to wait for me for 30mn, and even if I did not make it, they helped me right away to find ne another bus. They bought it with me at the station, and showed me the bus. Very professional.
