The bus picked me up on time, was clean, and ran safely. I booked a bus at 5pm to pick me up from Da Nang airport to Quang Ngai, but because everything was done early, the bus company flexibly arranged for me to take the 4pm bus. I also dropped something and only discovered it a few days later, and the bus company helped me find it. Next time I travel from Da Nang to Quang Ngai, I will continue to use Ha Thao bus company.

At first, I was a bit worried when trying to book a Ba Thanh bus, but I was extremely satisfied, enthusiastic about booking tickets, answering questions very enthusiastically and clearly about the price, without forcing or placing any restrictions on the customer. Easy communication, double confirmation and information via Whatsapp. Available to book spontaneously and it was clear where we were supposed to be picked up / dropped off and at what times exactly. Even though the driver had a different drop off location for us, we were able to go to our preferred one.
