I had a very positive and satisfying experience choosing Thinh Phat - Tuan Anh bus company for my recent trip. The bus arrived on time, picked up passengers promptly, and arranged seating neatly, avoiding any feeling of chaos or rush. The interior was clean, the seats comfortable, and suitable for long journeys. The driver was there 15 minutes earlier than departure time, but I was contacted ahead of time to inform me, and made sure I in fact boarded. Half way through the trip, driver stopped by what seemed like a small family restaurant. The food was simple but succulent, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I felt bad when I was asked to pay for that food, as the cost was far lower than it was worth, even considering the province. The food is already prepared so, ready to eat! The review isn't about the food so anyhow, the coach arrived right on time even though we had some long (half an hour) stop to eat. Driver did speed up on the second half, but it wasn't all that scary. That limousine had perfectly function belt on all seats ! I would definitely use again, and would highly recommend picking this transit company.

I was shocked at first when I saw the driver charging 100,000 dong more because it was Lunar New Year and making me sit on the floor when there were no seats, driving as if it was some kind of game, going back and forth on the central line hundreds of times. It smelled and I was very annoyed, but I had no choice but to give it a five-star rating because the driver picked me up and dropped me off and smiled at the end. I booked a front seat on the driver's side. Excellent view. I really appreciated the fact that they picked me up at my hotel and took me to my destination. Very convenient service.
