The driver called and asked us to come to another pickup point than the one we selected in the app which, as a non native Vietnamese speaker, required external help for the communication. Instead of just dropping us off at the default drop-off, the driver asked us specifically where we intended to go and made an effort to drive us there. The driver was friendly and helpful. The mini bus was modern and the ride went smoothly.

I was fully informed when the pick-up time changed. The driver was polite and drove very smoothly and comfortably. There were passengers in the car that made things difficult for the driver and annoyed everyone, but he still knew how to handle the situation to keep the atmosphere comfortable for the whole car.

Vehicles and drivers have ok attitudes, except for the operators, very rude, need to be patient and explain the process as well as things related to the trip for customers to understand, if the elderly are not familiar with technology, if we book a car and you speak in that accent, no one will go!
