I had a very positive and satisfying experience choosing Thinh Phat - Tuan Anh bus company for my recent trip. The interior was clean, the seats comfortable, and suitable for long journeys. The ride was relatively smooth, the driver was careful, and maintained a stable speed, giving me peace of mind throughout the trip. The bus was also orderly and not too noisy, ideal for those who want to rest or relax during travel. The driver and bus attendant's service attitude was a big plus: polite, friendly, and very helpful, from guiding passengers on and off to reminding them of stops. The driver was there 15 minutes earlier than departure time, but I was contacted ahead of time to inform me, and made sure I in fact boarded. Half way through the trip, driver stopped by what seemed like a small family restaurant. The food was simple but succulent, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I felt bad when I was asked to pay for that food, as the cost was far lower than it was worth, even considering the province. The food is already prepared so, ready to eat! The review isn't about the food so anyhow, the coach arrived right on time even though we had some long (half an hour) stop to eat. Driver did speed up on the second half, but it wasn't all that scary. That limousine had perfectly function belt on all seats ! I would definitely use again, and would highly recommend picking this transit company.

At first, I was a bit disappointed with the low rating, but the actual experience is worthy of 5 stars. Everything is fine, nothing to complain about.

The journey went smoothly, the driver was punctual and dropped us off at the agreed location. Very comfortable mini van!
