Thank you☺️ despite all the language barriers and 20+ random taxi drivers trying to impersonate Vexere services and take me somewhere while i was waiting for my shuttle, i was still able to make it from China border to Ha Long with Vexere again🎉

The car was adequate; we rode the same comfortable bus the entire way. The only thing I'd say is "aww" is that the air conditioning is on very high, even with the individual vents closed. This is the case almost everywhere in Asia. So, bring some warm clothing or something to cover yourself with.

I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. Luckily, the bus company staff were very helpful. Many thanks and best wishes to the Tùng Tuấn bus company staff for good health and safe travels!

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

I waited at the pick-up point indicated in the email, but it was a different location. The operator went out of his way to pick me up on foot. I was really touched by this action and they remained very friendly afterwards. I think this is a very reliable bus operator.

The us driverand a guide were reliable and helpful. They do their best to solve the trouble. Punctuality is the issue in Vietnam not only this time. Al2ays asked to arrive 30min early fir the customer but yhe departinf time is normally 30min late. Otherwise I am happy.
