A really nice trip with our driver !

He was really helpful regardless of our trip ! We were a bit late because of another bus and he waited for us ! He is very friendly

Great garage, lovely history, quick and on-time contact. Clean, cool, if you need to go to the bathroom, they also support you, the staff is helpful. My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

The bus driver is very friendly and has a high sense of responsibility. Very friendly and impressive even to foreigners.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.

The car runs smoothly, air-conditioned drinking water, and full blankets. The chair is quite comfortable.

The bus departed late compared to the schedule recorded by vexere (probably due to the characteristics of the Moc Chau bus), but the travel time from MC to Hanoi was ok. The car has seats but is very clean, beautiful and luxurious, the seats can recline 180 degrees so the ride feels better than the sleeper bus. 5 star rating for Ka Linh.

The quality of the car is good, you can sit in the right position, the driver drives well on the passes, very peace of mind!
