I left my camera on the seat on the bus from Yen Tu to Hanoi. I only realized it three hours after getting off the bus and called the driver in a panic. The bus company enthusiastically supports changing flights. Even though it was close to the time to pick up passengers on the shuttle bus and the ticket cancellation deadline was overdue, when I called to request a change of flight, the company still enthusiastically supported me and arranged the seats in the right position.
