The bus departed on time as scheduled on my ticket; I didn't have to wait until the last minute to board, so it was very comfortable. The bus was clean, the blankets smelled nice, and it went right to my destination, so I didn't need a taxi. The staff on the bus were polite! A wonderful experience with Ngoc Son bus company, I'm very satisfied ❤️
