The car runs reliably, a little off schedule due to a car problem, but the car comes to pick you up very conscientiously. I went and the driver said that if I couldn't catch up with the car in front, he would take me to Hanoi even though he only drove in HP. Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend
