Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend

The bus company's service was very good, there was a shuttle bus to pick me up and drop me off at my place, the driver who took me from HP to HN was very professional, when I got on the bus I was a bit sleepy so he lowered my seat and turned off the music, when I woke up and realized I couldn't find my phone, he immediately called a shuttle bus to find my phone and I received my phone that same day.
