Great garage, lovely history, quick and on-time contact. Clean, cool, if you need to go to the bathroom, they also support you, the staff is helpful. My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. The driver was enthusiastic, picked up and dropped off on time, provided full information, it seemed like a new car that ran smoothly and without any bumps, and was clean. The road from Hanoi to Mai Chau had many mountain passes and curves, but the driver drove very calmly and seemed to be very familiar with the route. I didn't get carsick at all. The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.
