Excellent service! I was traveling from Hanoi to Mai Chau and was 15 minutes late for the pickup. The driver waited for me, and on top of that, we still arrived on time. The minibus was spacious and comfortable. They provided water during the trip and even took me to my hotel. Great service, highly recommended!

Great garage, lovely history, quick and on-time contact. Clean, cool, if you need to go to the bathroom, they also support you, the staff is helpful. My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. I have nothing negative to say about the bus company itself. The bus wasn’t new, but it was comfortable enough. We arrived on time and were picked up directly from our hotel. I had pre-selected our seats online, and those exact seats were available when we boarded — everything was organized and as expected, no surprises. What I didn’t enjoy was the road itself — winding, busy, and quite exhausting. The driver often had to overtake other vehicles, sometimes in ways that didn’t feel entirely safe. To be fair, I think this was more about the road than the driver. This stretch is genuinely challenging, stressful, and requires a lot of focus. Just something to be prepared for.
