We paid drop off subcharge. To different place than office. They first told us to drop off at office. And told us to take taxi. We talked a lot, there was some calling, and then they finaly told they will drive us there. It can be confusing for non vietnamesee speaking travelers. But be persistent and nice, and everyone will try to help you :-)

Good company, we started ride at the same time as expected. Clean, comfy seats with possibility to lay down. We also arrived a lot sooner than it was presented on timetable.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. Going quite fast. A single bus still runs on time. There is a pick-up point so ask more clearly. I saw the app record the bus station. But the garage is about 400m away

Overall, the trip was nice. The driver contacted us 30 mins before he arrived at the homestay. He was a few minutes late but it’s okay. Then he drove around other homestay to pick other passengers. Then he dropped us at the office, where we all had to get out and transfer to 12 seats limousine. After 2hrs45mins, we reached our destination. It would be nice if the driver gave us more info so we have some kinda clue of what’s going on.
