The pick-up and drop-off service is what I appreciate most compared to other bus companies. However, there should be a discount for groups of two or more. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Customer service is good. Bottled water, power outlets, curtains, etc. Overall, the service is good. However, they should put up decals with the Wi-Fi password for passengers who need it (because the bus has it, but many people won't know it).

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Due to the holiday, the pick up time was a bit late but still ok. I took the last trip of the day so the car was included, the driver was friendly. The car goes quickly and safely.
