I was lucky to have driver Ann Van Minh drive me from Daklak to Gia Lai. Mr. Minh runs very smoothly, helping a motion-sick person like me not to feel motion-sick and fall asleep without realizing it. The trip is safe and tireless. Thank you.

The bus service was very good, maybe because of the weather so there was only me in one car, the bus still picked me up and then returned empty-handed, I personally felt it was a waste but because of work I couldn't postpone, the driver was friendly and knowledgeable (the driver was born in 1980 and from Da Nang). Next time I will choose this bus!
