The car runs reliably, a little off schedule due to a car problem, but the car comes to pick you up very conscientiously. I went and the driver said that if I couldn't catch up with the car in front, he would take me to Hanoi even though he only drove in HP. Very comfortable seat. I’m 1.8m tall and there was plenty of room. Pick up and drop off locations meant that I needed to book a taxi at both ends of the journey but it wasn’t too far in either case
