Great service. Ontime, good driving, van was as pictured. Travel in comfort. I am not short with long legs and I was still quite comfortable. Massage seats were a great surprise. When arriving at the pick up spot, the staff quickly check in and provide the license plate number and confirm time of departure. This helps us foreigners to make sure we get on the right van. Also very great drivers. Very helpful to me when I didn't know where to be or which stop to get off at.

Someone called to confirm 1 hour before pick up. The driver proactively calls passengers to advise the pick-up location and pick-up time. Quick, comfortable. Safe, assured. After booking the ticket, there is a confirmation email, and the email provides very complete information about the vehicle number and driver's phone number. I am quite satisfied and assured.

The bus company takes care of passengers wholeheartedly and thoughtfully. The shuttle bus picks up passengers at the right location. The bus leaves on time and safely.

The bus will take a bit longer because it doesn't use the highway, but it will pick up/drop off at your place in Phu Tho. There are also many drop-off points in Hanoi with super cheap fares. Another option for those who want to find a bus to pick up/drop off at your place in Phu Tho city.
