The garage service is very good, new cars, clean rooms and blankets, there are transfers at both ends of Gia Lai and Saigon, convenient for passengers to travel, staff attitude is very enthusiastic and cute. At first, I was a bit hesitant to book a test drive because the reviews on Google for service were not good, but after experiencing it, I give the bus company 10 points! I have introduced acquaintances who often travel SG-GL to Hoang Thuy garage. I hope the garage will grow and improve its services! Quy Nhon - Pleiku trip on February 3rd at 11:15 AM. The driver drove carefully despite heavy traffic and was respectful towards the passengers. I wholeheartedly recommend Tuan Anh company, choosing their comfortable 11-seater limousines.

My trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Gia Lai was with TT bus company, but I wasn't satisfied, so I tried Duc Dat bus company. The driver, conductor, and call center staff were all very friendly. In Gia Lai, someone called ahead to give the driver's number, then I went to the bus station to wait for the bus, unlike the Ho Chi Minh City trip where you have to change tickets. Before boarding, the driver asked for my name and the phone number I used to book the ticket. The bus was slightly late (because some passengers arrived late, so they had to wait for them, but the bus arrived on time). But it ran incredibly smoothly, without sudden braking like with TT buses. The downside: the buses are older than TT buses, the interior isn't as luxurious, but they both have USB A ports for charging. The upside: polite service, no smoking on the bus, individual mini pillows, and a smooth ride.

The drivers where skilled, and so efficient - we came to our destination even a bit early. They took care of us even with the language barrier.

I received a call immediately after making the reservation. Although I'm Korean, there was no language barrier. We communicated through an app. The car was comfortable, left on time, and dropped me off at my preferred location as much as possible. I'm so grateful.
