I was at the designated meeting point, and they asked me to go to another one a 10-minute walk away. I told them I couldn't walk with all my luggage and that I had already taken a taxi. They immediately sent me a taxi, paid for by them, and dropped me off at my hotel at the arrival point. The text message responses were clear and quick, so I was very happy. I arrived an hour after the scheduled time, but that didn't bother me. The bus was comfortable and clean.

This is my first time leaving a review because I found the bus company to be very conscientious, clean, spacious, and everything was absolutely wonderful, yet few customers know about it. I wanted to share my review so others can try their service. My experience was fantastic, with nothing to complain about. I'm a real customer, I paid for the ticket and had a real experience, not some fake marketing campaign. Thank you to the bus company and the enthusiastic and lovely driver who took me!
