Good service attitude, comfortable seats

The transportation company provided excellent service, the vehicle was clean, and the driver drove safely, so I was quite satisfied with my trip experience.

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

After traveling across Vietnam and trying many bus services, I've become accustomed to chaos—speeding, constant honking, and stressful rides. So this trip from Ninh Binh to Ha Long was a very pleasant surprise. The driver was calm, drove safely, didn't speed, and avoided unnecessary honking.
