The bus company as well as the driver are very attentive, always keeping in touch via Zalo and mobile phone to take care of customers in the best way. Sincerely thank the bus company and driver for their customer service.

Great experience, best limousine so far. The only suggestion is to have some be quiet policy, like Vin bus for example. There was one woman who didn't stop yapping loudly either on her phone or with the driver. Driver was respectful. Other passengers, even small kids were very considerate as well. I'm going back to Hanoi in a few days, we will see if I was just lucky or the limousine and the service are always great. For now, definitely recommend
