Good service attitude, comfortable seats

I was very impressed with the car driver (the limousine picked up passengers in Long Bien and then divided the passengers into different cars to take them back to the hotel). The car driver who took me back to the hotel was very good. He pointed out and guided the famous places and dishes in Hanoi. I noticed that when he dropped off passengers, he always got out of the car and opened the car door for the passengers (small). details but demonstrates very good service attitude). My mother really likes this driver because he shares with her very impressive life perspectives. I didn't ask for his name, I just knew he was in Ninh Binh. I hope to have you drive again next time and have more trips so that more people know you.

I waited at the pick-up point indicated in the email, but it was a different location. The operator went out of his way to pick me up on foot. I was really touched by this action and they remained very friendly afterwards. I think this is a very reliable bus operator.

It was a great and convenient mobility experience from Hai Phong to Ha Long. The car gave me a "Door to Door" service as I booked through Vexere app. The car was clean and the driver was kind. This was my first time traveling by limousine from Hanoi to Thai Nguyen (round trip), and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was compared to other companies I've used in Viet Tri, Lang Son, Hai Phong, or Quang Ninh. The schedule was punctual, the price was reasonable, and the driver was very comfortable. Even when I requested a change to the return time, they were still very attentive. The car had massage seats, wireless phone charging, and complimentary drinks. The only thing missing was face towels, otherwise it would have been perfect.

Picked me on the dot at my hotel in Hanoi. Helped to load my suitcase into the trunk area. Extremely comfortable seating chair with the massager being the star. Was very relaxing to have it. Stopped for a couple of loo and snack breaks. Very good coordination from Ms Trang at Cuong Phat Limousine. Sent me the details via WhatsApp yesterday itself with the Driver and Vehicle details. Will highly recommend their service to all 👍👍👍
